New hair dryer... Attachments?

So, I just got a new hair dryer (The Conair Tourmaline Ceramic Styling System- Model 178WS) and I love it! But I'm not sure I quiet understand it.

What it does is helps you straighten your hair straight. It can also help with tangles. I use it by:


After I wash my hair I towel dry it. Then I use a brush and take a section of my hair and use the attachment to dry my hair. It is like normally drying you hair except your ';combing your hair w/ the blow drier';
